Our History
2011 - nkey
Nkey, a technology company specializing in the development of mobile applications, identified a lack of agility and standardization in lease inspections. These problems, coupled with negligence or incompetence in carrying out the activity, cause significant disruptions to real estate agencies and their clients, especially at the time of property vacancy.
2011 - Simple Inspection
Introducing Vistoria Simples, an intelligent solution for conducting inspections via tablets, focused on results. With contributions from hundreds of real estate agencies across Brazil, the software has undergone several updates and continues to be improved to this day, providing greater productivity and quality to the property leasing process.
2016 - Inspection Network
Rede Vistorias is founded, becoming the first real estate inspection franchise network in Brazil. The company integrated its digital platform with specialized inspectors to guarantee speed, transparency, and security in the real estate inspection process. After an intense period of structuring and validating the business, Rede Vistorias begins expanding its operations through the franchising model.
2018 - 1st Investment Round
In May 2018, the company received its first investment. An investment round of 2 million reais, managed by BZPlan.
2018 - Milestone Achievement
In October 2018, Rede Vistorias reached the milestone of one million square metres inspected across all of the company's units.
2020 - 2nd Investment Round
In September 2020, Rede Vistorias received a second round of funding. The investment round was led by Domo Invest, with participation from Invisto and Terracota Ventures — a company specializing in startups in the construction (construtechs) and real estate (proptechs) sectors.
2020 - Acquisition and Growth
Following the second round of investment, the companies ConfiaX Seguros and Izee joined the Rede Vistorias network as Rede ConfiaX and Rede Izee, serving the insurance and electronic processes markets.
2021 - We Become a Group
In 2021, Rede Vistorias, Rede ConfiaX, and Rede Izee integrated into GrupoRV.
2022 - 3rd Investment Round
In early 2022, GrupoRV received its third round of investment. The R$35 million investment was led by Oria and G5 Partners.
2024 - Expansion into Portugal
Operations in Portugal will begin in late 2023 and early 2024.
